As a proud Samoan, Dominic brings the foundational principles of his upbringing - respect, family, and service into every aspect of our operations. These values underpin the way we work, lead, and serve our clients.
Dominic began his journey in the cleaning industry at just 11 years old, assisting his mother with commercial office cleaning after school.
From scrubbing gym floors to emptying bins and vacuuming high-rise towers, Dominic learned early what it means to take care of someone else’s space like it’s your own.
Today, SUA Projects is expanding beyond cleaning into caretaking, maintenance and full facilities management. The same values that shaped Dominic's early years, respect, reliability and taking care of someone else's space like it's your own, now drive everything we do across every building we manage.
